Get set Go Coaching Course 15-02-2012

GET SET GO is a new and exciting initiative to help our Kiwi Kids develop the skills they need so that they can choose and enjoy being more active through play and sport. The programme is run by Athletics New Zealand and targets 4 – 8 year old children in both school and athletics club settings.

This coaching course will take you thru the underlying concepts behind Get Set Go and introduce you to the Get Set Go programme enabling you to deliver both the full programme and taster sessions directly to children.

When:   Wednesday 15 February & Thursday 16 February, 9am - 3:30pm (both days)
Where:  Heron Room Level 1, Trusts Stadium
What to bring:   Lunch and Water Bottle.  Active clothes for practical sessions

2012 New Zealand Swimming Championships - Juniors 18-02-2012

The 2012 New Zealand Juniors Swimming Championships will be held on 18-19 February in Hamilton/Wellington. The event is for all Swimmers that belong to a club and want to compete at nationals.

Coastal Challenge 2012 25-02-2012

The 10th Anniversary of the Coastal Challenge is on SATURDAY 25 FEBRUARY 2012.  You can Run, Walk, Wade, Rock-hop your way down the North Shore coastline.

There are five EVENT OPTIONS

11KM WALK/RUN
17KM WALK/RUN
22KM RUN
33KM FULL MONTY RUN
33KM TEAMS RACE
