Regular physical activity means at least 15 minutes of vigorous activity, or a total of 30 minutes or more of moderate activity each day for 5 days or more days of the week.
‘Vigorous’ Activity is any activity that makes you breathe harder than normal (huff and puff) and makes talking difficult for example, Rugby, running, and Waka ama.
‘Moderate’ Activity is any activity that will cause a slight, but noticeable, increase in breathing and you are still able to talk comfortably for example, walking, golf and slow cycling.
