Special Projects Manager & Active Waitakere Manager - Kerry Allan
Kerry holds two positions at Sport Waitakere, the first involving improving the internal capacity of the organisation and the second leading and managing the Active Waitakere Collaboration and the implementation of the Waitakere Physical Activity Strategy. Kerry has been with Sport Waitakere for over three years, prior to this Kerry worked for Sport Wellington Region as the Programme Manager for 6 years. She has also been Head of Department for Wellington Institute of Technology in the Exercise Science area, and has more than 15 years experience as a trainer and instructor in the fitness industry. Kerry has a family of four children and is very involved in coaching and supporting their sport and personally enjoys tramping, yoga, pilates and her friendships.

Active Waitakere- Kelston/Glendene Community Broker - Chade Julie
Chade is the newly appointed Kelston/Glendene Community Broker for the Te Waka ki Mua Move It Initiative. Chade’s role is to facilitate, promote and support sport and physical recreation initiatives appropriate to the communities in the Kelston/Glendene area. Prior to this Chade completed a Bachelor of Sport and Recreation at AUT and worked as a Youth Coordinator for the North Shore City Councils Youth Destinations Project. Chade enjoys a range of sports and physical activities.
Active Waitakere Coordinator – Rochelle Young
As the Active Waitakere coordinator Rochelle is responsible for many of the administrative functions associated with the operations of the Active Waitakere Collaboration group. Rochelle's background is in the IT and recruitment industry, and is a founding member of a Waitakere cycling club. In her spare time Rochelle enjoys keeping active through cycling and the gym.

Active Waitakere - Parrs Park/McClaren Park Community Broker - Alf Pukepuke
Alf is the Parrs Park/Henderson South Community Broker for the Te Waka ki Mua Move It Initiative. Alf’s role is to facilitate, promote and support sport and physical recreation initiatives appropriate to the communities in the Parrs Park/Henderson South area. Specific to this role is the Maori and Pacific Island Communities.
Alf has a background with the NZ Police, Education, and Security Manager for Emirates Team New Zealand as well as sport as a participant and administration and has a lifelong and extensive relationship with communities in Waitakere. He can be identified as the face for Waka Ama at the Waitakere Outrigger Canoe Club.
