Wiremu graduated from Auckland University of Technology (AUT) with a Bachelors Degree in Sport and Recreation and is currently studying towards a Masters of Arts (Community Development) at AUT. Wiremu is a former NZ Army touch and basketball representative, Les Mills personal trainer and rugby coach. Wiremu is presently the Manager of the He Oranga Poutama ki Tāmaki team which assists Māori communities throughout Auckland with sport and recreation needs. He is based out of the Trusts Stadium in West Auckland.

Karla is based at Counties Manuka Sport and works in Manurewa and Franklin. She has a love of sport and her Maori community. Involved in sport as an athlete, coach, admistration and at governance level with particular interest in Maori league, rugby and tag. Passionate about our rangatahi and them being able to experience opportunities and reach their potential.

Jamie is currently based at Te Kura Kaupapa Maori a Rohe o Mangere and works as the Kaiwhakahaere in the Counties Manukau Area with our five key settings. Jamie has a Bachelor in Sport and Recreation from AUT and has volunteered and worked in the industry as well as in Maori Health. Jamie is also studying towards a Post Graduate Diploma in Sport and Exercise. Jamie enjoys teaching whanau, hapu and iwi traditional Maori games and how each game relates to our tupuna and our own identity.

Linden is the Kaiwhakahaere for the central Auckland area, based in Sport Auckland. Linden’s background includes working in Maori health, community, and education settings. Linden has a Diploma of Teaching Kura Kaupapa Maori through Te Wananga Takiura, and recently graduated Diploma of Management through New Zealand Institute of Management. Passionate about things Maori and using it as a vehicle to motivate and uplift our people.

Darrio is a former student of Te Kura Kaupapa Maori o Hoani Waititi who went on to graduate from Unitec Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Sport Degree majoring in management. Darrio now works as Kaikorikori Tinana for the He Oranga Poutama ki Tamaki Makaurau team that assists Maori communities to become more active and healthy. A staunch supporter of anything New Zealand and Maori especially sports teams, Darrio enjoys watching and playing all sports and using sport to pilot our tamariki into healthy and active lifestyles. Darrio is based at Te Hotu Manawa Maori building on Dominion road.
